To our customers, your business and support was greatly appreciated this last year and always.

Relationships are at the heart of the way we do business and nothing is more gratifying than receiving positive customer feedback that confirms our good business practice is right on the mark!

Recently we received a letter from a return customer that affirmed our practice of treating customers fairly goes a long way.

Phyllis Maynard, of Castalian Springs, Tennessee wrote: “We had service with Advanced – VERY satisfied with service, always prompt, pleasant, reasonably priced – made the mistake (very costly/unpleasant mistake in the end) to change to another company that offered a cheap sign-up “special”, etc. WRONG!!!! Who EVER reads the fine print??? We found ourselves pretty much locked into a 3 year contract, ridiculous prices, [and] poor service with OTHER company!! They even brought us an ugly tank that ended up having a leak all that time!!! As SOON as we could we SWITCHED BACK TO ADVANCED!!!!!! Will not switch again!! We have found same courteous, prompt, pleasant service with Advanced – plus a freshly painted, functioning properly tank!! Thank you Advanced!!!”

Thank you, Phyllis!

Another customer, Jeff Neely of Lebanon sent a note that said: “Thanks! Young man who came was very polite & helpful. Good to see such attitudes.”

Thanks, Jeff!  Our professional delivery crew is always pleased to go above and beyond while making their deliveries.

Indeed, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously and place a premium on positive business associations.

This coming year and beyond, our intent is to remain just as involved in community activities, local chambers of commerce, leadership organizations, civic clubs, and to happily give back to the communities we serve.

In 2012 we commemorated  20 years in business.  Now we look forward to the future as we navigate toward even greater milestones!

Our heartfelt wishes go out to you for a wonderful New Year filled with hope, happiness and prosperity!
