Phyllis Maynard, of Castalian Springs, Tennessee wrote: “We had service with Advanced – VERY satisfied with service, always prompt, pleasant, reasonably priced – made the mistake (very costly/unpleasant mistake in the end) to change to another company that offered a cheap sign-up “special”, etc. WRONG!!!! Who EVER reads the fine print??? We found ourselves pretty much locked into a 3 year contract, ridiculous prices, [and] poor service with OTHER company!! They even brought us an ugly tank that ended up having a leak all that time!!! As SOON as we could we SWITCHED BACK TO ADVANCED!!!!!! Will not switch again!! We have found same courteous, prompt, pleasant service with Advanced – plus a freshly painted, functioning properly tank!! Thank you Advanced!!!”
